We built the tool we needed for our own fleet.
Traxx started because a dispatcher we knew was closing every day the same way: a phone full of missed calls and no real way to answer them.
Before Traxx existed, running a delivery fleet in Lagos meant a WhatsApp group for riders, a spreadsheet nobody updated, and a phone that never stopped ringing with the same question: "where is my order?" There was no way to prove a delivery happened on time, no way to tell a genuine traffic delay from a rider who had gone off route, and no record to fall back on when a customer disputed a delivery weeks later.
We built Traxx to close that gap. It gives logistics businesses, dispatch companies, and any operation with riders on the road a live view of where their fleet actually is, a way for customers to track their own delivery without calling anyone, and a record that holds up when something needs to be reviewed.
We are based in Lagos, building for businesses across Nigeria, from single-rider operations to fleets running hundreds of deliveries a day.
The three things every decision gets measured against.
Answers in real time
If a piece of information is more than a few seconds old by the time it reaches a dashboard, it is not good enough. We build for right now, not for end-of-day reports.
Fair to the rider too
Heavy traffic is not a flag. A rider stuck on a real detour should never be treated the same as one who genuinely went off route. Our detection has to be able to tell the difference.
Built for how Nigeria actually works
Patchy network coverage, shared phones, riders who move between businesses. Traxx is built around those realities, not designed for a market that looks nothing like this one.
Built to be trusted with a whole fleet.
We would rather onboard a business properly than sign up more than we can support well.
